WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Every month you will have a strategy call with your account manager + Ellie to map out the upcoming months strategy and content ideas we planned for you and collaboratively put in place your content for the month ahead.
Once we’ve come off your strategy call, it’s time for us to do the heavy lifting, each week we will prepare the content for your approval, including:
12 x monthly captions crafted for you
12 x on brand graphics or reels (includes reel ideation, filming briefs + editing)
12 x stories per week in relation to offers that month (M,W,F)
Monthly hashtag refresh to ensure your posts are attracting your ideal clients
All posts mapped out for easy draft approval process + 1 round of revisions for content
All posts posted on your behalf (Mon-Fri)

Hell no, we want to ensure our clients are happy working with us, you are signed into a 2 month contract, as we cannot guarantee results in less than 30 days, then we operate on a rolling 30-days notice period.
Great question, this is *extremely* rare due to our in-depth onboarding process where we take you through an onboarding form + call to ensure we fully understand your brand, services + ideal clients pain points and desires. Following this we also plan your content out together, so as much as we do all the heavy lifting for you, it is a collaborative process and usually only a few tweaks here and there when it comes to you for final approval.
